- se baten muy bien las yemas con el azucar y la maizena.
- se hierve la leche y se junta con las yemas y el azucar lentamente.
- se bate muy bien hasta que este apunto de hervir y se vierte en cuencos poniendoles una galleta encima dejando que se enfrie.
